Brought to you by the founders of nearby Vixen Vinoteek and Vixen Steakhouse, Parc Bubbly Bar is ideally located in the Tallinn Old Town, around the corner from the City Theater, St. Olav’s Church and Snelli Park. It was created for, and frequented by, lovers of Champagne, who stop in for a quick glass in the afternoon or meet to linger over a bottle in the evening. It’s also a place to explore the world of bubbles, with sparkling wines from a variety of countries. Whatever the choice, you can wash it down with fresh oysters, caviar, fish spreads and our homemade truffles and cakes. And as much as we would like to get to know you, we offer most everything to go. Parking is available right in front of the bar.
