Celebrate Sparkle and Sophistication

Parc Champagne Bar, by the creators of nearby Vixen Wine Bar, is opening in summer 2025. It promises to be a smart spot for a glass of something sparkling, perfect for when you’ve finished a walk in adjacent Shnelli Park. The bar will offer classic snacks to match the bubbles – think smoked fish spreads, Skagen toasts, fresh oysters and, of course, caviar.
